Take the U2 underground line to “Zoologischer Garten” (5 stops)
Arrival by plane:
From Tegel Airport (TXL): Take the X9 bus to “Zoologischer Garten” (terminus)
From Schönefeld Airport (SXF): Take the S-Bahn line S9 to “Zoologischer Garten” (19 stops)
From “Zoologischer Garten” Station:
Take the Hardenbergplatz exit, turn right and cross Hardenbergstraße. After about 15 metres go up the stairs and you will find the hotel

- Cancellations made up to 8 weeks before the arrival date are free of charge
- Cancellations made 55-5 days before the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price
- Cancellations made 4-2 days before the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the total booking price
- Cancellations made one day before the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 90% of the total booking price
For bookings of 10 guests or more, the hotel will debit 50% of the total booking price from your credit card within 8 weeks of the arrival date.
